Marcin Kwasiuk
Hello, I'm Marcin Kwasiuk and I am the new PE and Sports teacher at the British International School, Wroc³aw.
I graduated from the University of Physical Education in Wroclaw where I obtained the qualifications of a PE teacher, a Basketball coach, as well as a Biological Regeneration Instructor.
My teaching adventure started seven years ago when I was employed at the biggest basketball school in Wroclaw - STORES/WKK. Five years later I decided to improve my language skills, as I enjoy challenges, and so I went to England. There I became familiar with the English Curriculum and worked as a PE teacher.
Physical Education is a unique subject which enables your child to develop not only physical skills but also making decisions, cooperation, perseverance, creative thinking, tactical planning as well as confidence and self- esteem. Therefore in order to help children with all these aspects I would like to offer differentiated sports activities and games at BISC Wroclaw. Additionally a few English and American sports will be introduced in the curriculum. All these activities will be part of the ECA programme. I am going to start with basketball and football. The biggest goal for the next couple of months is to set up two basketball teams - one for boys, one for girls.
